Returns Policy

I hope that you will love anything that you buy from Moonbow Glass! If, however, you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to return it (subject to the exclusions below) for a full refund up to 14 days after your order arrives.

You have changed your mind:

If you decide to return the item, please contact me as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from receiving your item. The item is your responsibility until it reaches me, so please make sure that you wrap and protect the item securely. If an item is not returned in its original condition, then the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value caused as a result of any damage. I will cover the cost of return postage if details of the postage are agreed with me in advance, and this will always include insurance for the item while in transit.

Damaged or faulty item:

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you have up to 14 days to return it from the day of receiving your item. I can either issue a full refund to you, or if you wish (and if it is possible) I can repair the item and return it to you at no additional cost to you. If you decide to return an item for a refund, I will issue a full refund on receipt of the item. Please make sure to use suitable packaging while returning your item, regardless of whether it is for refund or repair.

Personalised items:

Unfortunately I can't accept returns on items that have been personalised, custom made pieces or made to order pieces, unless they are faulty/damaged. Due to the individual nature of the personalised items I produce, I rarely accept cancellations after I have started making an item. Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any concerns regarding your order.

Digital items:

Please be aware that digital files are non-refundable.
