How to Redeem Your Gift Voucher

To redeem your gift voucher please email me at giftvoucher@moonbowglass.co.uk and provide me with your unique code and the details of the product(s) that you would like to buy. I will then send you a separate code to use at the checkout.

If your purchase is smaller than the gift voucher amount you will retain the remaining value, and will be able to reuse the voucher within the validity period stated on the voucher. When you would like to redeem further funds from the voucher, please contact me again for another code.

If the purchase price is greater than your gift voucher value you will need to pay the difference.
